1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WaterDuo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.

2. Accounts and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and credentials. The application utilizes trusted third-party authentication providers (Sign in with Apple, Google) to ensure secure authentication.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (In-App Purchases)

WaterDuo provides free core features as well as Premium options unlocked via auto-renewing subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscription: $3.99 / month
  • Annual subscription: $24.99 / year

Payment and subscription management are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime within your Apple account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

Cédric Fonsat (EI), publisher of the WaterDuo application, holds all intellectual property rights pertaining to the logos, trademarks, visual interfaces, animations, and source code of the application.

5. Medical Disclaimer and Liability

IMPORTANT: WaterDuo is not a medical device.

  • WaterDuo is a wellness and motivational lifestyle tool designed solely to help you log and track your water intake on an indicative basis.
  • The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.
  • Cédric Fonsat (EI) disclaims any liability for any direct or indirect health consequences resulting from the use of the application.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time to reflect legal or technical evolutions. Any modification will be posted directly within the app or on our website.
